Can I cancel or pause anytime?
Yes. There's no commitment. Skip a shipment, pause for a few months, change your delivery date, or cancel entirely — all from your account, anytime.
How does the "price locked for life" work?
The price you subscribe at stays the same for as long as your subscription is active. If we raise cartridge prices in the future, existing subscribers are never affected.
How often will my filter ship?
It's set to your cartridge's recommended replacement interval — 12 months for most systems, 6 months for the BG-3000, which carries a 6-month NSF performance rating. You can adjust the frequency to fit your household's water use.
What if I have the wrong cartridge?
You can swap to the correct cartridge within the same Body Glove family from your account, or contact us and we'll help you sort it out.
